Off Ice Workouts
Information
The summer workout sessions have been uploaded to each teams schedules.
There are 2 sessions on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. These will be June 10th - August 7th. THERE WILL BE NO SESSIONS ON JUNE 19th.
The sessions are run by Coach Sean Hammond, any players that may be coming back from injury should communicate that with Sean so he can make adjustments for that player as necessary.
Please make every effort to attend off-ice. It is crucial to your physical development that leads to results on the ice.
The best teams we have had are the teams that consistently workout all Spring/Summer. We are the only program that does this so it leads to a great advantage early in the Fall.

Importance of Off Ice Workouts

- Helps improve endurance and stamina, allowing players to maintain peak performance throughout games and shifts.
- Incorporates drills that specifically target agility, quickness, and change of direction, essential skills for outmaneuvering opponents and making quick plays on the ice.
- Address muscle imbalances and strengthen areas prone to injury, reducing the risk of overuse injuries during the season.
- A well-rounded off-season training program builds a strong foundation for the upcoming season, reducing the risk of injuries caused by fatigue or lack of preparation.
