Off Ice Workouts
Information
There are two workout slots on both Mondays and Wednesday. Player's can choose which slot they attend. Mondays are 7pm-8pm and 8pm-9pm at the PWC and Wednesday are 7pm-8pm and 8pm-9pm in the Field House. These session are run by Coach Sean Hammond.
Please make every effort to attend off-ice. It is crucial to your physical development that leads to results on the ice.
The best teams we have had are the teams that consistently workout all Spring/Summer. We are the only program that does this so it leads to a great advantage early in the Fall.
