Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Fall/Winter Season
As soon as your player is selected to be put on a team roster, the entire season fees are non-refundable. There are NO exceptions, including for prolonged injury, illness or communicable diseases.
Spring/Summer Season
In the event that a player paid for the tournament team and they are not placed on a roster, a refund would be generated less the 4% administrative fee. In all other situations, there are no refunds once the player is registered, including for prolonged injury or illness. This includes prolonged periods of absence due to COVID-19.
